Plated Entree w/ Buffet

50 guest minimum

With this option, your guests can choose one of three plated Entrées in advance. At the banquet, our staff plates guests' entrees and they continue down the buffet and self serve their own sides. As the host, you choose from the list of Entrées below to customize your menu!

Plated Entree and Hot Buffet~$25.50 per person

Choose three of the entrees listed as options for your guests. This also includes garden salad, fresh baked rolls and butter, vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, dessert of the day, and coffee & tea.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken cordon bleu is a comfort food classic of crispy breadcrumb-crusted boneless, skinless chicken breasts wrapped around thinly sliced ham and Swiss cheese and garnished with a sherry cream sauce.

Roast Sirloin of Beef

Tender Sirloin of Beef cooked to medium doneness, sliced, and accompanied with a creamy horseradish sauce on the side.

Lemon Butter Haddock

Fresh Haddock filet, butter, and bread crumbs baked to perfection! Garnished with Lemon wedges and a pinch of fresh parsley. A lighter choice for your guests

Tender Pot Roast

Hand-trimmed beef chuck, seared, surrounded by carrots, onions, and a savory combination of herbs and spices, and oven-roasted until melt in your mouth tender.

Chicken Piccata

An Italian/American classic, this dish comprised of chicken cutlets dredged in flour and herds and sauteed in olive oil. The sauce of wine, lemon, brined capers, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs completes this traditional dish.

Pork Medallions in Mushroom Sauce

Juicy, pork tenderloin, spice rubbed and pan seared to tender perfection. The seared pork medallions are then enveloped in silky, rich mushroom gravy that deserves its very own encore.

Baked Virginia Ham w/ Pineapple Glaze
